Summer is definitely still here, so come in and try our new-style Japanese Kanpachi Sashimi. Kanpachi is Amberjack, which is related to yellowtail, or hamachi. It is an oily fish with a firm texture. We prepare it traditionally as nigiri or sashimi, or with our house made lemon/chili oil, Hawaiian black lava salt, and micro cilantro. It is simply amazing!!! It's so light and refreshing, perfect for those warm summer nights.
Also try some delicious blueberry sparkling sake or our Japanese wheat beer.
